Your order may be cancelled through the section “My Orders”, by pressing the “Cancel” key on that specific order’s menu, so long as the order is in “Ongoing” status.

• Faulty Products: Our products are to be shipped in perfect condition. However in such case, it is sufficient the return to be made within 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase. The product will be sent for inspection in order to establish that the damage was not due to misuse, so as to be replaced with a new if available, or another with the same characteristics.
• Change of View: Within 14 days from the date the receipt was issued, the customer should have informed this change the eshop via email. The product should be inside its closed commercial packaging and accompanied by the receipt of purchase.
